hmmmm. ..... another WOW weekend! and help on TONING

Just to say, I figured I would change up my walking routine - and added some JOGGING in!  I feel AWESOME!  I can job again, even though it is not something I like to do, I know I have to change things up and just taking it slow for now.

I also bought 2 swimsuits - size 16! and one is a Tankini!!!  I won't wear the bottoms that came with it, they are just too skimpy, but the top fit super nice! 

Have to get some serious toning done, I have lots of flabby on the bottom half of me body.  I have enough arse and hips for 2 of me!!!  Any ideas for help toning the legs, thighs, buttocks?????

 Good for you!  I have lots of extra stuff that need toning.

I'm trying squats, lunges and the elliptical.............. I'll let you know if it works!

 Have you considered the shape ups?  I had surgery on december 29th last year and my parents gave me a pair for xmas saying they would help along the way.  I fell in love.  The first few times I started going on walks I felt good about it .... then I got up the courage to try my new shoes.  I actually felt a huuuuuge difference.  

Sadly I'm so mean to all my shoes that they die in like 6months and I finally had to throw them away after band aids stopped blocking the blisters.  :(  I'm working to try to budget in a new pair before back to school, but its worth looking into?  I also like my wii step with the 3 inch step raisers for days when the humidity and heat would kill me like today :P

There is a nationwide sale on the original shape ups until tomorrow.  They run 79.99 instead of the regular 100-110, those aren't supposed to be used for jogging though.  Sketchers has developed a line that can be .....

Ok gunna stop with the shape ups now :( I sound like a sales person .... god ....

Anyways CONGRATS on the smaller sizes and rocking those swimsuits 0.~ keep it up

Kelly....good for you...you are doing so great!!

Walking (which you do) and lunges are a good way to work on those areas. I use an exercise ball and there are many exercises using the ball to help with those areas too.

I am just now getting back into walking again. I haven't been able too in over a year....glad to say I can now do it again!!!
